Office on Violence Against Women 2019 solicitations for Rural Program Grant Applications and Improving Criminal Justice Responses Grant Applications will be open soon. Both of these funding streams support communities that wish to establish and/or enhance your coordinated community responses (CCR) to violence against women. Consider including implementation of The Blueprint for Safety – a fully articulated CCR – in your community’s application. The Blueprint for Safety is an effective plan to enhance your CCR to stop violence, reduce harm, and save lives. Originally developed and implemented in St. Paul, Minnesota, read more here about how The Blueprint is being implemented in communities across the country.

 Is the Blueprint Right for You? Key Resources to Assess Readiness     

Are you wondering whether your community is ready to design and implement a Blueprint for Safety? If the answer is “yes,” The Guide to Becoming a Blueprint Community includes the following resources that support community explorations of readiness to adapt, implement, and sustain the Blueprint: i.e., whether your community is ready to become a Blueprint community.
