Kue is new to the gender-based violence field but brings experience from the realm of higher education access and equity. For four years, he organized retreats and programs to inform first-generation, low-income students of color about how to access higher education. Throughout this time, he dedicated himself to advocating for affirmative action, informing students about college admissions while also counseling them through the college application and scholarship process. He joined the Praxis staff in 2017, and has worked in the Institutional Analysis and Blueprint for Safety Programs since March 2018. In that capacity, Kue provides key support and assistance to program implementation. During his free time, he enjoys exercising, playing video games, reading, writing, and spending quality time with friends.
